This program helps retirees explore entrepreneurship opportunities and develop the skills needed to start and run their own businesses after retirement Retirees should ensure that their families maintain an optimum lifestyle and also meet regular financial goals as and when they come; without affecting most important financial goal of retirement planning.
TARGET AUDIENCE – Retirees and employees who would be retiring soon need to embrace the realities of retirement.
Retiree training would:
• Give hope to the retirees/retiring staff that they can actually do something tangible with their lives.
• Provide trainees with information and insights on immediate entrepreneurial options and future possibilities.
• Inspire trainees with the skills to avoid basic retirement and business mistakes
