Introduction

BDIT COLLEGE’s  Supply Chain Management (SCM) training course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and optimize supply chains; it covers  entire spectrum of supply chain activities, from procurement and logistics to distribution and customer service. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and case studies, participants will learn how to develop strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
